“April 2025” Offer Terms and Conditions

Dated: March 28, 2025

1.  Offer Terms. These terms and conditions detail the “April” offer. Qualified bookings will get a certain percentage off a booking for a second person traveling in company.

Buy One, Get a Discount for a Second Co-traveller:

• During April 2025: “Buy One Fare Get a Second Fare 75% off.” Under the ”April Offer,” through 30 April 2025 Virgin Voyages will provide a total discount of 30% off both Sailor 1 and Sailor 2 retail (base) voyage fares when two (2) Sailors book a voyage to sail together in an Eligible Cabin (see section 3.1 for Eligible Cabins) Additionally, if there are  four (4) Sailors traveling together in one cabin, all four (4) Sailors will receive 37.5% off their Voyage Fare. Eligible cabins are listed in section 3.1.

2.  Eligible Voyages

• Eligible Bookings During April 2025. Eligible bookings are those purchased for an eligible cabin (see section 3.1) for an eligible voyage date between 12:00:01 a.m. local US east coast time on 28 March 2025 through 11:59:59 p.m. local US east coast time on 30 April 2025. Eligible voyage dates are any voyage open for sale on non-charter, open, revenue voyages.

3.  Restrictions/Exclusions. The "April 2025” offers are subject to the following restrictions and exclusions.

3.1.  Eligible Cabins, Percentage Off: Only cabins in the Sea Terrace Meta Category cabins, The Sea View, Lock It In Rate Sea View, The Insider, and Lock It In Rate insider cabins are eligible for the percentage off in the ”April 2025” Offer. The Sea Terrace Meta Category includes the following cabins: XL Sea Terrace, Central Sea Terrace, The Sea Terrace, Sea Terrace Slightly Smaller Balcony, Ltd View Sea Terrace, and the Lock It In Rate Ltd View Sea Terrace. This offer excludes the Solo Sea View and Solo Insider cabins. The Sailors to whom the two bookings apply must travel in the same cabin.

3.2. Eligible Cabins, Bar Tab: Only Rockstar Quarters and select Sea Terrace Meta Category cabins are eligible for the Bar Tab in the “Wave 2025” Offer. The select Sea Terrace Meta Category includes the following cabins: XL Sea Terrace, Central Sea Terrace, The Sea Terrace, Sea Terrace Slightly Smaller Balcony, Ltd View Sea Terrace. The Bar Tab does not apply to the following cabins: all Lock It In Rate cabins, Mega Rockstar, Sea View and Insider Meta Cabin Categories.

3.3. Charter voyages are excluded from the “April 2025” Offer.

3.4. Interaction with the following offers, discounts, or credits:

The “April 2025” Offer is combinable with the following offers, promotions, discounts, or credits:

• FL/GA Resident Rate
• Military/First Responders

• Incentive and Contracted Circle Programs
• Loyalty Offer (earning and redeeming)
• Tour Operators

The “April 2025” Offer is not combinable with the following offers, promotions, discounts, or credits:

• Fleet Summer Season Pass Offer
• Casino Rates
• Interline Rates
• Brilliant 4 U Pass
• Sail & Save Offers
• Reduced rate programs
• Any other tactical offers

4. Cancellations. Virgin Voyages’ cancellation policies apply. We reserve the right to modify this offer at any time.

“Exclusive Sailor Loot” Offer Terms & Conditions

1. These terms and conditions detail Virgin Voyages’ “EXCLUSIVE SAILOR LOOT exclusive offer (the “Offer”).

2. Offer Details. Virgin Voyages will provide an onboard credit (i.e., “Sailor Loot”) to any passengers (“Sailors”) that book a select Virgin Voyages sailing with our travel agency starting March 15, 2025. Contact our agency for full list of eligible sailings
3. Eligibility.

• The offer applies to select open revenue voyages that are at least 121 days from Bookings made within 120 days of departure are not eligible for this “Exclusive Sailor Loot” offer.
• Excluded: Any full-ship accommodation voyages (i.e.charter voyages and contractual Circles are excluded from the Offer).
• Sailor Loot is contingent on the voyage length, booking window and “meta-category” of cabin or suite booked. Virgin Voyages will issue Sailor Loot PER CABIN for Sea Terrace cabin meta-category and Rockstar Quarters meta-category only. Note that (a) Insider meta-category, (b) Sea View meta-category, (c) Solo meta- category, (d) Mega Rockstar Quarters meta-category and (e) all Lock-it-In rates are not eligible for this Offer.

• Exclusive Sailor Loot amounts will be automatically applied to qualifying voyages as outlined in the grid below:

• All Circle/Group Programs
• Charters/Contracted Groups
• Sailor Loot Offers (Event Sailor Loot, Exclusive Sailor Loot, Refer a Friend)
• Reduced Rate Programs (Interline, Tactical/Closed Rates, First Mate Rates)
• Giveaway, promotional, or reduced rate Access Keys
• Virgin Red points offer
